I know things have been slow around here, and its largely my fault we've needed extra work around here for some time and though I've wanted to get more progress done, I've just not had the time. To be honest I'm not sure I'll ever be able to put the same amount of time into this site as I used to, things have changed over the last year or so and I just don't have the extra time. That's not to say I've given up hope, however, infact I'm still working on the new version of the site with the hopes that once its ready we can all pull together and bring some more fun back to this community. Once the work is done I may not be able to spend hours upon hours on here each day but its my hope that the new site will make it easier to manage everything so that I won't need to be here every day.
As for a real update, I'm happy to report that I've found a new webhost, Blue host's offer has improved as of late and with unlimited disk space coupled with unlimited bandwidth, it was an offer I couldn't refuse. I'm currently in the process of setting up an account with them that will be mapped to the inetvillage.net domain name. When the site work is complete this domain will be our new home and mickeyfmann.com will become a personal website geared towards website and application design.
Expect some new screenshots or access to the new system in about a week or so, I want to show off some of the CMS stuff.

Everytime i say im gonna show up on here more I always get more busy... but now i got a office job again so i can spend more time if front of the computer doing stuff.. so let me know whats going on.. i can be here ^_^

As we all get older(Mick) and wiser(not Mick) we find it harder and harder to continue preforming the old juggling act, with work, social, and love one's all wanting a piece of you, it's hard to manage it all, but the fact that we try is a good step in the right direction. I know I havent been around much either but I'm trying to, I miss this old place, and don't want it to disappear ever.

Anyways I've got the new sever setup, for anyone who wants to watch my progress you can see the new version of the site at www.inetvillage.net. I'm working on setting up the new menu system and cagetory control at current so the display might look a little off.

its just a test configuration of the suckerfish menus, it will be populated with all of our categories and sub categories once I finish the scripts for it.

I'm engaged and heading to college and Mick is still a hairy Yeti who scares all who view him, while the great hunters of the world are descending on Chicago as we speak hunting the "urban" yeti

Hey yea its been pretty quiet, and its understandable that you'd have less time now. I've finished high school and am just working constantly to help pay off my tuition for Uni. I spend most of my time with friends that I won't see for a while or video games that have piled up on me. Anyways I'm hoping the site gets more lively again

I still lurk around here pretty much every day, even if I don't post. There's not much that's really peaked my interest lately, honestly. In between work and gaming, that's pretty much all I do now. And my 360 red ringed, so I don't even have that to get on atm. 
I miss hanging out with a lot of the people from around here, we should totally try and set up some sort of gaming thing though, just to get some of us back together. The last time we all tried to get on Halo was months ago, but that was really fun. We should try and set something like that up again, as soon as I get my 360 back, naturally

I am still alive. Getting married in 5 weeks so been doing a lot of work for that. Not got my PC just now, it is away getting some attention, but am getting it back sunday. Been using Shauns for the time being.

Hopefully I will get some pictures up the week after the wedding. Gonna ask people to put their photos on disks and send them to me so I can get as many as possible. If you are on facebook or can join, then I will be putting all the pictures on there. Will be easier than posting them here.

I don't have a 360 or anything and the one I ever played one was my friends and he doesn't play Halo anymore. He used to be hardcore but now is too busy winning money in SSBB.
If anyone cares at all LOL, his brother and I are trying to get back some Blue Burst accounts on Schthack's server again because we watched this PSO video on Youtube that just played the Pioneer 2 theme and WE WANTED IN. =DAnyway, yet another thread that reminds me how much I miss being here ever since the good days.
And wow! Congrats to everyone tying the knot! I remember joining this place when I was only like 14 years old and now life is really getting the best of us eh?

Yes we are all growing up(except ancient man Mick who remembers the jurrasic age, i mean his original drinking buddy was Bob the T-Rex =P ) Life isn't getting the better of us, it's just dealing us all new hands and we are all playing the hand that has been delt to us, which includes an Internet Village card ;)

I do believe you are, since the yeti's are prehistoric creatures, they were around before the age of the dinosaurs and survived the end of the dinosaurs and the rise of man too, so that makes you pretty damn old compared to everyone on this site! =P

Very true Mick.Anyway, my mom and dad are planning on moving closer to where my dad works. He is tired of having to drive 45 minutes to work. So if all goes as planned they want to leave the house and land to me
I'm thinking of going back to college as soon as I can too so that should be interesting!
